This was one of my big concerns about staying at a casino hotel. Very pretty lobby, beautiful linens, clean, and the non-smoking rooms (at least the one I stayed in) WAS non-smoking. I would put this property on par with a Weston Hotel. As for the decor and quality of the rooms: First Class. I had read the reviews before going to this hotel, so this wasn't a huge surprise. Just go to the second entrance/furthest from the highway and you are at the hotel lobby instead of the casino lobby. This is accurate, but not a huge obstacle. Others have mentioned a lack of signage for check in. On our particular stay, we received a 2-for-1 discount for the buffet, and 10% off. Saved $10 per night, but the other nicety is that the players card also gives you special discounts on the restaurants at the casino. When we arrived, we were informed by the front desk that we could save $10 per night if we went into the casino and registered for a 'players card.' I thought, 'What the heck.' and went to do that. The quoted price for this hotel was about half that of comparable quality name brand hotels in the area ($69/night).
I was traveling with my daughter mid-week, so the typical budget-tel was out of the question. I had family business in the area and was looking for a decent, no zombies hotel.
